Biography

 Mary Beth McCarty King is a contemporary artist hailing from East Texas, where she discovered her passion for art at the young age of four. Her earliest artistic endeavor—a bold depiction of a horse dra on her mother’s dining room wall with a red crayon—marked the beginning of her creative journey. Based in Mesquite, Texas, King pursued a variety of creative paths while raising a family before dedicating herself to fine art. She earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from East Texas A&M University.
